When can I expect my order?

Please allow a 2-3 week lead-time for your order to ship. Each bat is hand-turned, sanded and finished. We take the time to make sure the bat is exactly what you want. If you need the bat sooner, please contact us and we will try to make it work.

Damages

Wizard Bat Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Shipping locations and confirmation

Wizard Bat Company ships to addresses within the US and will send a shipping confirmation with tracking info via email when the bat is shipped.
